Terms and Conditions

Delicate Skin Store ("DSS") provides the content and services available on the Website to you subject to the following terms and conditions. By accessing or using the Website, you are acknowledging that you have read, understood, and agreed, without limitation or qualification, to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Purchase contract

DSS will confirm acceptance of your order. This will be an on-screen message by Pay-By-Card immediately after you have paid for your order.
Please ensure that the delivery address, telephone number and your email are correct before you submit the order. Your telephone number must be in correct international format +1 111 1112233. 

Within 24 hours you will receive an e-mail with the order details to the email address you have provided to us. Please, make sure that the email address is correct and there is no SPAM filter set up for our messages.

The processing can take up to 14 days before your order is shipped.

We ship worldwide. Shipping times vary from country to country and may take up to 3 weeks in rare cases. All customers are issued with the tracking number once the order has shipped.

The customers are responsible for any local custom or other charges that may arise.

We reserve the right, with or without notice, to cancel or reduce the quantity of any orders that we believe, in our sole discretion, may result in the violation of our Terms and Conditions. 

DSS reserves the right to cancel any online order for any reason. You must also cheque the items once they arrive to see if they are the ones ordered before opening the products.


Although we endeavour to hold stock of all the items advertised for sale on our site, this cannot be guaranteed so that by acknowledging receipt of your order we are not creating a binding contract to supply what you have ordered but which we do not have in stock. 

In the event of unavailability for whatever reason, we will advise you of our position when we receive your order and we will await your subsequent instructions.

Accuracy of information

We attempt to be as accurate as possible when describing our products on the Website; however, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that the product descriptions, colours or other content available on the Website are error-free.

Cost of Shipping

The price of the goods does not include a charge for delivery. We ship from California, USA. A standard delivery charge of £21.99 is applicable for all international orders (except the following destinations: Australia and New Zealand, Hong Kong, Korea, Brazil, Russia for which rates are calculated by package weight and free shipping option does not apply). We also offer a number of expedited shipping options.

Delicate Skin Store is not responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, including shortage of materials, labour strikes, transportation failures or acts of nature.

The processing can take up to 14 days as we buy our products directly from the manufacturer. All customers are issued with the tracking number once the order has shipped (read more about the order processing time). Once inside your country the local postal operator will take control. They might change your tracking number to a local one. This change will appear on the tracking website.

If it has been more than 2 weeks since you received the shipping confirmation, but no parcel has arrived, please check with your local postal office. You may need to collect your parcel or arrange a delivery.

In some cases Customers might be required to pay the local custom charges, *depending on the jurisdiction. 

Non-delivery and address errors

If your package is refused or undeliverable due to the error in the shipping address, the refund will not be issued. Internationally shipped packages are almost never returned to us.

In some counties, the package can be delivered to the local postal office and needs to be collected by the customer. You can follow the location of your package via the tracking number we provide and see if you need to arrange a collection.

Parcels that are not collected are sent back, but rarely actually reach our warehouse. However, if your package does come back to us, we will re-send it, subject to a GBP 30 fee.

You will see whether the package reaches us via the tracking number. This evidence is required for a re-send request.

Problems with Shipping

Before contacting us about any shipping issues, please cheque the following:

  • Your SPAM folder for any notices from us.
  • Whether you provided the correct delivery address for your order and your email address.
  • Your parcel may be awaiting collection at a local sorting office or delivery depot, or you may need to arrange redelivery. Otherwise the parcel might be lost or returned to us.
Refused Shipments

If you refuse a shipment, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package. 

Receiving incorrect or damaged products

Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Please contact our Customer Service at admin@skindelicate.com to arrange a replacement. All missing or damaged items must be reported within 5 business days of the order arriving.

We will require photographic evidence if you are returning a damaged item or if something has gone wrong with the parcel.

If you want to amend your order or to add more products, please contact us at admin@skindelicate.com. However, no changes can be made after your order has been processed by the warehouse.

Changes to your order

If you would like to change your order, please write to us as soon as possible at admin@skindelicate.com. No changes can be made after the order has been processed.

If you refuse a shipment that has already been processed and shipped, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

Out of stock items

If any of the items on your order are out of stock, you will receive an email from us asking whether you prefer to wait, have a replacement, or receive a full refund.


Due to the personal nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns.


You can cancel your order within 24 hours of payment. Once your order is cancelled you will receive a full refund within 5 business days.

Your Account

You may choose to register at our Website. If you do, you will have an email address / username and password for your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, username and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account, username and / or password. You agree to provide only accurate, truthful information.

We reserve the right to refuse service and / or terminate accounts without prior notice if you violate these Terms and Conditions or if we decide, in our sole discretion, that it would be in DSS's best interests to do so.

General Information

By using this Website, you acknowledge and agree that these Terms and Conditions constitute the complete and exclusive agreement between us concerning your use of the Website.  

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to change these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting the changes on the Website. Any changes are effective immediately upon posting to the Website.

Your continued use of the Website constitutes your agreement to all such terms and conditions.
