Purchase contract

DSS will confirm acceptance of your order. This will be an on-screen message by Pay-By-Card immediately after you have paid for your order.
Please ensure that the delivery address, telephone number and your email are correct before you submit the order. Your telephone number must be in correct international format +1 111 1112233. 

Within 24 hours you will receive an e-mail with the order details to the email address you have provided to us. Please, make sure that the email address is correct and there is no SPAM filter set up for our messagesThe processing can take up to 14 days before your order is shipped.

We ship worldwide. Shipping times vary from country to country and may take up to 3 weeks in rare cases. All customers are issued with the tracking number once the order has shipped. The customers are responsible for any local custom or other charges that may arise.

We reserve the right, with or without notice, to cancel or reduce the quantity of any orders that we believe, in our sole discretion, may result in the violation of our Terms and Conditions. 

DSS reserves the right to cancel any online order for any reason. You must also cheque the items once they arrive to see if they are the ones ordered before opening the products.

Availability

Although we endeavour to hold stock of all the items advertised for sale on our site, this cannot be guaranteed so that by acknowledging receipt of your order we are not creating a binding contract to supply what you have ordered but which we do not have in stock. 

In the event of unavailability for whatever reason, we will advise you of our position when we receive your order and we will await your subsequent instructions.

Accuracy of information

We attempt to be as accurate as possible when describing our products on the Website; however, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that the product descriptions, colours or other content available on the Website are error-free.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of payment. Once your order is cancelled you will receive a full refund within 5 business days.
